1. About the Service

REVENZA is a SaaS platform for automated product card filling in online stores using artificial intelligence. The service is available at revenza.app. By using the service, you accept these Terms.

2. Account & Access

• Registration with a valid email address is required to use the service
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password
• One account per person or organization
• We reserve the right to block accounts for violating these Terms

3. Plans & Credits

• The service operates on a credit-based system: 1 credit = processing 1 product
• Credits are replenished by purchasing a plan
• The free plan (FREE) provides a limited number of credits
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts
• Prices are listed in USD and may change — we notify 30 days in advance

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for:

• Generating content that infringes copyrights or violates the law
• Automated scraping of the service itself
• Reselling or redistributing credits to third parties
• Any actions that harm the service or other users

5. Content & Liability

AI-generated content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of generated texts. The user is responsible for reviewing and publishing content. REVENZA is not liable for damages resulting from the use of generated content.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or force majeure may temporarily limit access. In such cases, credits are not deducted.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification 14 days before they take effect.
