This Privacy Policy describes how REVENZA ("we", "service") collects, uses, and protects personal data of users of revenza.app. By using the service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Store data: store domain, platform API token (Shopify, Prom.ua, etc.)
Payment data: we do not store card numbers — payments are processed by WayForPay
Technical data: IP address, browser User-Agent (for analytics)
Usage data: job history, credit balance, subscription plan

3. How We Use Your Data

Providing service features (content generation, platform integrations)
Processing payments and crediting balances
Sending technical notifications (balance changes, job statuses)
Marketing emails — only with your consent, with opt-out option
Improving service quality and analytics

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except:

WayForPay — payment processing
AI-провайдер — product content processing for description generation
Brevo (Sendinblue) — email delivery
Government authorities — in cases required by Ukrainian law

Data is stored on secure servers (Hetzner, EU). Passwords are stored exclusively in hashed form (bcrypt). We use HTTPS encryption for all connections.

7. Cookies

Session cookies for authentication (NextAuth.js) — required for the site to work. Analytics and advertising cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics, Google Ads) — only with your consent via the banner. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookies” link in the footer or block them in your browser settings.
