Refund Policy

1. General Terms

REVENZA offers a digital service based on a prepaid credit system. We strive to provide quality service and review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. When Refunds Are Possible

  • A technical error caused unjustified credit deduction
  • Payment was processed but credits were not credited
  • Duplicate payment (double charge for one order)
  • Request submitted within 7 days of payment, and credits were not used

3. When Refunds Are Not Provided

  • Credits have already been used (partially or fully)
  • More than 7 days have passed since the payment
  • Account was blocked for violating the Terms of Service
  • Promo or bonus credits are non-refundable

4. How to Submit a Request

Email support@revenza.app with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • Account email
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for the request

We process requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Technical Issues

If your credits were deducted due to a technical error but the job was not completed, we will restore credits to your balance automatically or upon request.
